Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You do not need to create an account to place an order, however, we do recommend that you set up an account and register first as this allows you to manage your orders and makes shopping and re-ordering a breeze. An account also allows you to build your own personal wish list and review your order history.

You can also sign up to receive our newsletters and get all the latest Kiroco news about exciting new pieces of jewelry, ranges of jewellery and special offers. Registering is free and easy and can be done by CLICKING HERE.

Can I order by phone?

At the moment Kiroco jewelry is only available to buy online.

How do I pay for my goods?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, American Express via WorldPay.

How do I apply my discount / coupon code?

If you have a discount / coupon code, you can redeem it when you view your cart prior to the checkout.

How will my jewelry be packaged?

All our jewelry is packaged in a lovely Kiroco velvet bag to ensure it arrives in mint condition. You will soon be able to make your gift that extra special by selecting the Kiroco presentation handbag in the checkout.

When will my account be debited?

Your account will be debited normally within 24 hours of placing your order, once we have cleared your card details and carried out a number of mandatory security checks. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, you are fully protected by our Returns Policy.

How are taxes paid?

The tax rate is calculated at 4% for New York State and 4.625% for Nassau County. The total tax applied is calculated on the total purchase price of Kiroco jewelry and shipping charges at a rate of 8.625% for all New York State Residents.

Can orders be delivered to a different address to my own?

Yes, you can add an alternative delivery address at the checkout stage to enable delivery of your order to a location other than your billing address.

Are there any addresses you cannot deliver to?

If you need to deliver your purchase overseas, please call customer support for help as our shipping options do not include overseas shipping options.

How do I know when my order has been received?

Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirmation to confirm that your funds have cleared and we are processing your order. Please keep this email as it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later date.

How can I check the status of an order?

You can track your order by simply logging-in to My Account and clicking on Show/Hide Previous orders, there you can view the status of all you current and previous orders.

How will my purchase be shipped?

US Postal Service, UPS or federal express depending upon the shipping zip code. If you require rush shipping, please call customer support or send us an email.

In order to improve our service we may, from time to time and without notice, need to use a different courier service.

When should I expect to receive my order?

Are delivery dates guaranteed?

Although we will do our very best, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the stated time as we are in the hands of third parties who may encounter difficulties and cannot guarantee a service. It is also because of this that we do not accept any liability or consequential loss for goods that arrive later than our target delivery times.

If you require your purchase for a specific date, especially at Christmas and other peak periods during the year (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter), we strongly recommend that you place your order well in advance.

How do I know the product is genuine?

We have always ensured that we deliver quality jewelry to our customers that is designed for life. All our Touch jewelry features the K)) as part of the design that is proof of authenticity and our manufacturing quality certificate.

If jewelry is sold on eBay is it genuine?

Currently there are no official re-sellers of Kiroco jewelry products on eBay or anywhere else. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of any Kiroco products purchased from eBay. Our official product is available exclusively on this website.

How do I get an item repaired?

We take the greatest care in the manufacture of Kiroco products and trust they will last a life-time. If your piece becomes damaged, we can repair it and make it as good as new. For a repairs quote, contact our Customer Service Team as follows:
